​Acupressure, combined with face massage, is a natural, gentle and effective treatment for reducing tension in the face muscles, that can cause the formation of lines and wrinkles.  

Bowen Therapy further reduces this tension by releasing tight and 'sticky' fascia around those muscles and introducing Red Light Therapy, improves the skins elasticity and stimulates the skins cells to produce collagen and elastin, and reduce inflammation.  Red Light Therapy does not generate heat and is painless.
