This form of massage focuses on a specific injury or problem area.  It utilises corrective deep tissue techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Deep Transverse Friction to address muscle function and mobility, acute and chronic pain. 

A wholistic approach is utilised when treating any presenting injury and condition which includes postural assessment and muscle testing to identify any underlying causes for your condition.

Common Applications include headache relief, stiff neck and shoulders, back pain, hip pain and RSI.
