Aches pains & wrinkles, offers four integrated and essential modalities which, when combined, leave clients feeling relaxed with reduced pain, and increased mobility. I find my clients get longer lasting benefits from their appointment with better results.
Remedial Massage: Using the palpation and postural assessment skills of Remedial Massage, we can assess imbalances in the body that may be causing the pain. It is this modality that gets to the root of the problem, to ensure maximum effectiveness from your appointment.
Bowen Therapy (Neurostructural Integration Technique): This therapy allows your whole body to reach its normal, healthy balance (homeostasis) by releasing any restrictions in the connective tissue and fascia, that run throughout the whole body, allowing your entire body to participate in the remedial corrections taking place.
Low Intensity Laser: Non-invasive and gentle, this technique tackles a wide range of conditions and addresses the site and cause of pain. The clinic only uses non-heat generating lasers, unlike those used in specialised beauty treatments. I am fully certified with the nationally recognised Government Laser & IPL Safety Certificate.
Acupressure: The body's energy paths (meridians) can, for many reasons, become restricted and not allow the energy to flow through the body as it should. By applying pressure, or laser, to specific meridian points we can boost the effectiveness of any corrections to injuries, or imbalances, that we are addressing.
