Foot Reflexology

is an old Chinese method of treating the feet by pressure and massage. A treatment takes 1 hour and begins with pressure to specific reflex points on the feet. These reflex points correspond to specific areas throughout the body and can indicate an imbalance within the organs and glands. In the 2nd part of the treatment, the feet are treated to a soothing and relaxing massage and any problem areas are given more particular attention

Common applications include stress, headaches, anxiety, menstrual pain, sinus and digestive problems.
